The benefits in Muay thai training are huge, the psychological part is bracing. We have grouptraining 1 to 1,5 h hours monday to saturday and private lessons are for 1 hour. Monday to sunday.
Our head trainer is Mr Bum, AKA Saiyok Sitsampayak. 420 fights plus. He will help you in every step together with our other trainers to reach your goals. Prepare for upcoming fight, increased training, fitness, and also for having a great time and feel good!
