Biodata page of your passport or travel document.

A photograph taken within the last six months.

Proof of permanent residence in the country where the application is submitted.

Financial evidence:

Bank statement(s) covering the last 3 months showing a minimum balance of 500,000 THB or equivalent, or

Sponsorship letter(s), where applicable.

Proof of confirmation to attend the eligible activity/training program.

Certificate of criminal record clearance from your country of nationality or the country where the application is submitted.

Q: How long does it take to get the gym documents from you?

A: Once your training package is booked and your payment is processed, we usually prepare and send your official invitation letter and gym credentials within 2–3 business days.

Q: Does the fee include accommodation?

Q: What personal requirements do I need to meet for the visa?

• • A: In addition to our gym documents, the Thai government requires you to provide proof of a bank balance of at least 500,000 THB. We highly recommend checking the specific rules for the Thai embassy you plan to apply to, as local requirements can vary slightly.

In the event of a visa application rejection, a refund of the application/training booking can only be considered where the rejection is caused by an issue attributable to Connoway Muay Thai, such as deficient documentation provided by us.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide all personal documents and information required by the visa authorities and to ensure that the application meets the applicable requirements.
